In case any product is missing from the order, call us at 2168002211 and the Customer Service Department will serve you. If the mistake is ours, we immediately take responsibility and send the product to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

If it is a product that is not currently available in our warehouse, we will let you know when to expect it and if there will be any possible shipping charges.

Inform us within three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt so that the product can be checked and replaced.

Product replacement is only possible if

  • The damage was not caused by the fault of the customer.
  • The products are in the same condition in which you received them.
