Return of Defective Products

Products with a Technical Problem on Delivery (Dead-On-Arrival)

Returns are accepted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  • The damage was not caused by the fault of the customer.
  • The products are in the same condition in which you received them.
  • The product is accompanied by the retail sales receipt or invoice.

In the case of products with a Technical Problem during delivery (Dead-On-Arrival), the problem is verified and replaced with a new product. In this case, the cost of transportation for sending the new product to the customer is assumed by our company after consultation with the customer. The return of the products at the charge of the company will be carried out either by personnel and means of transport of the company or by courier (ACS only). For defective products upon receipt, the customer must inform our Company within 48 hours of receipt.

Right of Withdrawal due to regret

You have the right to return the products you purchased from our online store, free of charge, after notification and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date that you will receive the products. In this case, you bear the cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with, with all their accessories, the forms that accompany them and their packaging in excellent condition.

The withdrawal does not cover products which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been opened after delivery, such as personal care items (epilators, shavers – clippers – clippers, brushes , toothbrushes, thermometers, cooking utensils, etc.).

The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and the Company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it receives it.

The Company is entitled to reject the declaration of withdrawal if the item is not offered for return legally and properly, i.e. in the condition it was delivered and not used. The customer, if the Company, at its discretion, accepts the return of a used item in view of withdrawal, is responsible for compensating the company for the reasonable reduction in the value of the item due to its use.

Return of Products after 14 calendar days

Product returns after fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt are always at your own expense and cost, except in cases where a special procedure is provided by the manufacturer.

The product must be returned with all the original documents that accompanied it (eg proof of purchase, invoice) and in its entirety with all accessories.
